Job Description:

• Prepare Schedule for the flawless execution of assigned projects.
• Keeping the project on schedule, on budget and within the specifications.
• Develop costing for assigned tender with resourceful idea or proposal.
• Liase with supplier/ vendor/ contractors with acknowledgement of direct superior
• Ensure the material to be onsite as per target date
• Site coordination among consultant, client, supplier, vendor and contractor
• Communicate with client/ owner/ end use effectively with proper understanding by interpret their needs and requirement.
• Plan, coordinate and compile engineering design work with client/ designer/ consultant/ contractor
• Engineering drawing preparation
• Prepare site progress report as per project requirement.
• Prepare Method of Statement for the construction work
• Plan and arrange for testing and commissioning of the project to meet specification and requirement.
• Ensure all aspects of the project proceed while adhering to internal company
• SOPs as well as external regulations and laws
• Prepare handover documents once the project completion.

Job Requirements:

• Posses Degree certification in Electrical / Mechanical or Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Preferably more than 2 years & above in construction line working experience
• Have experience in project sites
• Able to work with minimum supervision

• 負責在特殊情況下進行測量。
• 向專案工程師/專案經理/總經理提供有關暖通空調設計的必要資訊。
• 確保及時提供設計方案。
• 進行分析和測試，以確保設計符合規範。
• 參與設計評審並根據需要提供技術支援。
• 執行上級不時指示的其他相關工作。
• 負責與專案經理/專案主管合作，準備完整的投標書。
• 請確保按時提交完整的投標書。
• 該職位主要在辦公室工作，特殊情況下可能需要前往現場。

所需技能和資格：

• 熟練 AutoCAD 軟體和 Microsoft Office 辦公室軟體。
• 機械工程或相關領域的專科文憑。
• 注重細節，具備較強的解決問題的能力。
• 良好的溝通和團隊合作能力。
• 具備良好的國語讀寫能力者優先考慮，並將被視為該職位的一項加分項。
