Responsibilities
- Oversee operations across hybrid environments including cloud
and on-premises infrastructure
- Manage enterprise platforms such as Windows Server, Active
Directory, virtualization, and cloud services
- Lead cloud adoption and migration initiatives, ensuring
seamless transition and minimal business disruption
- Ensure infrastructure reliability, performance, and security
across systems
- Drive managed services operations with a focus on SLA adherence
and service quality
- Manage day-to-day operations including incident resolution,
escalation handling, and service continuity
- Lead major incident management and ensure timely resolution of
critical issues
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to
enhance stability and efficiency
- Oversee data center operations, including backup, disaster
recovery, and business continuity planning
- Manage system upgrades, patching, and lifecycle management of
infrastructure components
- Ensure readiness and execution of DR drills and recovery
procedures
- Support platform standardization and automation initiatives
- Lead infrastructure transformation, migration, and onboarding
projects
- Define project scope, timelines, and deliverables aligned with
business requirements
- Ensure smooth transition of services into operations with
proper documentation and governance
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful project
execution
- Ensure adherence to ITIL processes including incident, problem,
and change management
- Drive risk identification, mitigation planning, and compliance
with security standards
- Support audit activities and implement corrective actions where
required
- Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and governance
frameworks
- Lead and mentor large, multi-technology teams across
geographies
- Act as the primary escalation point for technical and
operational issues
- Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and
internal teams
- Provide regular updates, reports, and insights to leadership on
service performance
- Drive service improvement initiatives and operational
efficiencies
- Promote automation to reduce manual efforts and improve
delivery speed
- Identify opportunities for optimization in infrastructure and
service delivery
Requirements:
- 17+ years strong experience in IT Infrastructure & Data
Center Operations
- Strong experience in Azure Cloud, AWS, and Hybrid Environments
- Solid experience in Windows Server, Active Directory, and
Virtualization (VMware/Hyper-V)
- Experience in backup, disaster recovery, and high availability
solutions
- Strong experience in ITIL processes and service management
frameworks
- Experience in managing large-scale enterprise environments and
global delivery models
- Hand on experience in Email Gateways and Identity Management
- Experience in DNS, DHCP
- Hands on experience in Security Tools
- Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage stakeholder
relationships
- Preferred Certifications in Azure, AWS, or VMware
- Hand on experience in managed services or global delivery
environments
- Experience in security, compliance, and audit frameworks
- Experience in Team management
