Job Scope & Responsibilities:

Purchasing Management

• Source and compare suppliers for pricing, quality, and delivery performance

工作地点(Location)

職責：

• 負責成本會計職能和庫存會計，包括管理庫存盤點核對和庫存估值。
• 與生產和採購部門緊密合作，維護物料清單。
• 維護工廠的產品和標準成本，確保及時發現與業務計畫的差異，以便能夠推動正確的行為，從而實現財務目標。
• 負責總帳的編制和維護，包括及時準確地核實、分配和將會計分錄過帳到ERP系統。
• 與審計師、稅務代理人等就帳戶關閉和審計事宜進行溝通。
• 支援及時提交準確的財務報告、財務報表，並遵守適當的公司政策、會計準則和監管要求。
• 與跨職能團隊合作處理財務和成本會計事宜。
• 管理階層指派的其他臨時性職責/任務/專案。

要求：

• 會計/金融學士學位或專業資格證書。
• 獨立性強，能很好地融入團隊環境，具備良好的人際溝通能力。
• 學習適應力強，能夠在緊迫的時間內交付成果。
• 具備良好的會計知識。
• 熟練使用微軟辦公室軟體套件（Word、Excel、PowerPoint）。
• 具備成本核算和製造會計知識的候選人將是加分項。
