Bosch Cross-Domain Computing & ADAS (XC-CP) Team is looking for full-time Software Developer (Intern) to join our In-Vehicle Infotainment (IVI) development team in Ha Noi and Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

The XC-CP Team develops high-quality, state-of-the-art Automotive Head Unit and Home Appliance Linux/Android-based systems.

Together with other Bosch locations worldwide, we provide software solutions for navigation, vehicle functions, autonomous driving, camera, and IoT features to the car marker. Our team also contributes to Bosch smart home & IoT solutions through SW delivery to Home Appliance products.

As a Software Developer Intern, your typical work activities include: 

• Be involved in requirement analysis, design. 
• Involved to develop software in Linux/Android-based system for Car Multimedia. 
• Support testing, debugging, maintenance and problem solving.

Your role

• In this role, you will manage incidents and service requests, log and track tickets, and ensure their resolution within the agreed SLA.
• You will investigate issues, coordinate with IT Operations and Development teams, and keep users informed about ticket progress.
• Your responsibilities will also include participating in outage bridges to help resolve service-impacting problems quickly and maintaining reports on support activities.
• You will work with technologies such as Windows Server, MS SQL Server, IIS, and .NET-based applications, contributing to continuous service improvements.
• As part of a global team, you will collaborate with stakeholders across different locations using various communication channels, including phone, email, chat, and shared documentation.
