Chrisjac Recruitment has been entrusted by our long standing client to seek a HR Executive. Our client is a well established public listed company with its corporate office located at Mid Valley City. Currently they are seeking to engage a well balanced HR candidate to be part of their team for the group. This newly created position of HR Executive will be based at their corporate head office at Mid Valley City. The working hours: 8.30am-5.30 pm Monday-Friday.
The job
Reporting to and work closely with the Group HR Manager, you will be supporting the team in all areas of HR administration. Your role will encompass all employee levels within the organization. As the HR Executive, your main job duties will include day-to-day general HR administration, recruitment activities, induction training and development and payroll administration.
Responsible for the general spectrum of HR functions, including payroll administration, matters relating to staff discipline, grievances, domestic inquiries, staff compensation and welfare.
Requirements
We are looking for candidates with tertiary education qualification in HR Disciplines or Business Administration and have at least 2-3 years in similar HR generalist role. In this instant, preferences will be Female candidate in age group 25-35.
She must possess outstanding communication skills, especially in English with tri-lingual language ability (BM,English, Mandarin/Chinese).
To be successful in this role, you must be a outgoing and confident personality, flexible and able to deal with all levels of people across the business.
