• Coordinate purchasing of food, beverages, equipment, and supplies.

Food Safety and Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, sanitation standards, infection-control protocols, and hospital policies.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of catering and kitchen operations.
• Maintain documentation related to food safety, quality assurance, and regulatory requirements.
• Support accreditation and quality improvement initiatives.

Quality Assurance and Customer Service

• Monitor customer feedback and implement service improvements.
• Develop quality control measures to maintain high standards of food production and service.
• Resolve service-related issues and complaints promptly and professionally.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, Nutrition, Culinary Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Several years of experience in catering, food service, hospitality, or healthcare food operations, including supervisory experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare food service regulations and therapeutic diets.
• Food Safety Certification (e.g., HACCP, ServSafe, or equivalent) preferred.

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the Technical Department, including Projects and Maintenance.
• Oversee the installation, testing, commissioning, and system programming of security systems in accordance with required standards.
• Oversee the whole process of project implementation, service, and maintenance workflow.
• Lead, supervise, and develop a team of 6-8 Technical Officers, Engineers, and Technicians.
• Plan, organise and allocate manpower, equipment and resources for project implementation and maintenance works.
• Prepare project and service scope, develop work plans, define resource loading, skill requirements, milestones, and performance metrics.
• Monitor project schedules, maintenance commitments, and service performance to ensure timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Manage day-to-day client interactions and expectations for optimal results.
• Continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and strengthen client relationships.
• Develop a good understanding of each client’s business, organisation, and operational objectives.
• Coordinate with suppliers, subcontractors, and internal departments to ensure smooth project execution and service delivery.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance in resolving technical issues encountered by the team.
• Ensure smooth progress and timely completion of all project and maintenance commitments.
• Track and identify opportunities to improve technical methodologies, operational processes, and training programs.

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or its equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with a demonstrable record of success in security systems, projects, and maintenance operations.
• Experience leading and managing a technical team.
• Good communicator with excellent coordination and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
• Committed individual with great initiative and strong problem-solving skills.
• Good leadership, planning, and organisational abilities.
• Must be a team player with the ability to work independently.
• Experience in the security and CCTV industry and exposure to products and operations will be an added advantage.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
