What You’ll Be Doing

• Preparing high‑quality maps and geospatial outputs to support planning, economic, and advisory projects
• Supporting clients and consultants with geospatial web mapping tools across trade areas, competitive environments, socio‑economic profiles, population trends, and retail spending
• Maintaining and updating geospatial databases, ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency
• Assisting with data cleansing, layer management, and documentation
• Developing technical capability across geospatial tools and data extraction workflows
• Working closely with geospatial developers to produce web mapping outputs to client and project requirements
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives, including database and reporting enhancements

We’re seeking a confident and driven Assistant Front Office Manager to support the leadership of our Front Office team and help deliver exceptional guest experiences from arrival to departure.

This is a hands-on leadership role, ideal for someone ready to take the next step in their career within a boutique hotel environment. You’ll work closely with the Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, lead and develop the team, and ensure service standards are consistently delivered at the highest level.

What your day to day will look like:

• Collaborate with front-end developers and other cross-functional team members to design functional, cohesive solutions that ship valuable features at scale
• Develop APIs and integrate  data from various back end services & databases
• Compile and analyze data, processes, and code to troubleshoot problems and identify areas for improvement
• Record data and reporting it to proper parties, such as clients or leadership
• Participate in continuing education and training to remain current on best practices, learn new techniques and patterns, , and better assist other team members
• Developing back-end functionality and assisting the Lead developer
• Providing guidance on projects, as needed
• Participating in research, producing POCs, and evaluating new methodologies and technologies that improve quality, reliability, scalability, security, and performance of Ignition technology, architecture, and product
• Actively participate in code reviews by providing constructive comments and sharing and adopting best practices, to improve codebase quality, efficiency, and security
• Mentor and guide developers by providing quality coaching and guiding proper execution of their tasks

• Deliver service excellence, from check in to check out and everywhere in between
• Complete a wide variety of front office tasks, which will ensure that every day is different from selling the hotel’s facilities to taking reservations and maintaining guest accounts
• Provide passionate, knowledgeable and friendly service to external and internal guests at all times 
• Answer all telephone calls in a professional manner according to brand standard
• Reconcile cashier floats at the completion of each shift.
