我們正在招募一名中/高級後端工程師，負責為現代 Web3、人工智慧、加密和社交產品計劃設計、建置和維護可靠的後端服務、API 和系統整合。

該職位適合能夠獨立工作、理解產品需求、編寫簡潔易維護的程式碼，並能從開發到部署支援生產系統的人員。

職責

• 設計、建置和維護後端服務、API 和伺服器端應用程式邏輯。

要求

• 精通後端架構、API、資料庫、身份驗證、快取、佇列和後台作業。
• 有 Go (Golang) 使用經驗者優先；有 Python 腳本編寫、自動化或後端工具開發經驗者較佳。
• 熟悉 Linux、Git、GitHub 工作流程、Docker 和基本部署流程。
• 能夠使用 AWS、EC2、Lightsail、Nginx 或類似工具等雲端或伺服器環境。
• 具備基本的 Web3 開發知識，包括錢包、RPC、智慧合約互動或區塊鏈整合模式。
• 能夠與前端和行動工程師合作，進行 API 整合、身份驗證和系統行為方面的設計。

Key responsibilities:

• Provide IT support operation on daily basis, include below activities:

o IT asset management (include the hardware and software) – manage all company IT asset with proper traceability record;

o Support HR on all employee on-board/off-board process including IT training;

o Provide all IT system setup and admin work; (file control, VPN setup and special software admin work support);

o IT Level 1 helpdesk support to all company staff include remote user from worldwide, it could be PC issue, office printer, phone system or network related issues;

o Troubleshooting AD/DC, Exchange server, File Server and Application server issues and provide a solution.

o Troubleshoot and configure the firewall, router and switch when issues arises.

o Escalate to 3rd party IT support vendor if issue couldn’t be fixed within same day, coordinate with IT support vendor resolve issues within TAT, document down for all IT issues and solutions in return document;

o Liaise with IT vendor management, include IT hardware/software quotation, costing, PR process and make proposal if any recommend system tools).

• System maintenance work on regular basis, include below activities:

o All System backup (File server backup, NAS storage backup, offline backup activity), verify all system backup files are working properly;

o Coordinate department head on storage Clean up include File server, SharePoint and NetApp;

o Monitor Server room temperature and humidity, and make sure all server related equipment (E.g.: UPS) are working under good condition;

o Pulse check all on server, router and firewall log and flag out all abnormal activities immediately;

o Regular update antivirus related tools and window related system patches.

• IT governance and direction:

o Maintain all IT related record (contract, agreement, software authorization, etc.) and regularly updates or renew on time;

o Keep updating and release new IT P&P (Policy & Procedure), BCP(Business Continuity Plan) and DRP(Disaster Recovery Plan);

o Working with finance and country IT support on IT budgeting yearly basis and review it quarterly;

o Assist external or internal auditor on IT compliance or ISO related audit;

o Evaluate vendor proposal and provide justification to management.

• IT related projects management (Ad Hoc or on-going) and provide weekly basis updates to management):

o IT project plan, budgeting and proposal;

o IT project deployment after project approved;

o IT project verification and provide necessary training to end user;

o IT project sign off and documentation.

Additional responsibilities:

• Any reasonable task assigned by management and deemed to be within the individual’s capabilities to ensure smooth running of the business.
• As this is an evolving business, ongoing change is an integral part of the position. Management will liaise with the individual on any fundamental change to work practices. The individual is required to embrace and adopt any change to working practices.

Knowledge and skill requirements:

• Diploma in IT related discipline with at least 3-years relevant experience in IT support or maintenance experience;
• Hands on IT support working experience include Desktop/Laptop support, Printer, Lan/Wan, Router, Switches, Firewall Support;
• MCSE in Windows Server and RHCSA in Linux server or equivalent hands on working experience;
• CGEIT preferred or IT governance working experience in IT policy or security;
• International IT project management experience;
• SAP working experience good to have;
• Able to remotely support regional IT issue (CN, TW), Both English and Mandarin read and write required (to be able to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates on tasks assigned by management to ensure smooth running of the business);
• Good negotiation/communication skill with IT contractor or external IT supplier

Job Description:

• Analyse SPC chart. Know all the PR rules and their significance. Do proper annotation to maintain quality troubleshooting rate for SPC OOC. Understand Cp and Cpk indices.
• Monitor critical SPC charts daily. Perform process window study and provide improvement plan to reduce OOC and improve CPK
• Analyse split lot, DOE data, ET, sort yield using JMP, Klarity ACE.
• Create SPC charts, DCOP and modify SLDB using PROMIS (Si-View).
• Upload recipe, check recipe and ensure recipe content compliance using RMS.
• Follow up on SPSR, MRB, 8D, TECN, or spec update with ECN.
• Setup and troubleshoot in recipes/ job files in all metrology tools within the Module.
• Follow up on pass down to troubleshoot process issues. Establish CAS / procedures to be followed and work with other departments for resolution if required.
• Startup and qualify new process and new equipment within scheduled timeline. Work closely with the Equipment Engineer on new equipment acceptance. Know the concept of repeatability and reproducibility (R&R) run.
• Work on reducing process constraint so that Manufacturing can have more flexibility.
• Perform process matching between equipment to reduce variation and analysis / DOE to find factors for better tool matching.
• Participate in CIP programs to optimize process window, cost, yield, and productivity.
• Work as a team with both Equipment and Manufacturing Engineers to meet Module objectives. Work to meet the key indices of Uptime and OEE goals.
• Represent own Module to attend cross-functional task team to address yield improvement/ excursion issues. Follow up with cross-fab benchmarking activities to engage the best-in-campus practices across fabs.
• Self-audit and update specifications/ documentation to meet TS16949 Quality Standard requirements.
• Follow good housekeeping and safety rules in office and FAB.
• Provide feedback/ training to AEs or Techs on their troubleshooting skills, understanding of processes, decision making, risk assessment.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical / Electronics /Microelectronics / Chemical Process Engineering / Chemistry / Physics related major
• Min 2 years working experience in Diffusion (implant, Furnace and WET/Clean Tech) Process.
• Good interpersonal skills and is an excellent team player
• Logical thinking capability and good analytical skill
• Highly level of integrity with good ownership and accountability
