JOB SCOPE

• Report to Project Director and Project Manager on site matters and progress of work
• Assist with workers matters
• Provide reports and daily activity updates to management
• Produce proper reports and documentation before and after project completion.
• Conduct inspections and assess the work performance done by all subcontractors
• Identifying and resolving workplace problems with all the subcontractors & suppliers

Planning

• Assist the team in project schedule by contributing to calculating time requirements, and sequencing project elements.
• Liaise with consultants, clients, sub-contractors and coordinate site activities arrangement, and ensure effective teamwork alongside the team and workers.
• Review and check detailed plans before actual work implementation.
• Resolve technical problems at site by developing solutions to problems.
• Assist to plan, coordinate and supervise assigned activities to optimise the utilization of resources available to ensure that activities are completed within schedule.
• Participate with the team in controlling the project plans in reviewing design, specifications, and plan, scheduling changes, and recommending actions.

Documentation

• Assist the team and participate to prepare daily/weekly and monthly site reports and submit to the planning department.

Safety and cleaning

• Conduct risk assessment and implement hazard/safety control measures.
• Ensure working environment is safe and clean by enforcing procedures, rules, and regulations to achieve high safety and quality standards for site works.
• Assist the team to ensure that the project team always follow the safety work procedure to maintain a safe working environment.

Adhoc

• Other ad-hoc duties as may be assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Responsibilities

• Plan, lead and manage the overall procurement function, aligning procurement strategy and sourcing plans with project requirements and company objectives
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the procurement department, including sourcing, supplier evaluation and selection, purchase order management, materials and equipment planning, budgeting and cost control
• Develop, implement and enforce procurement policies, procedures and standards to ensure consistency, transparency and compliance
• Monitor procurement progress and performance against project schedules and budgets, ensuring timely delivery of materials and equipment to site
• Take prompt action to address supply delays, material shortages, price fluctuations or emergencies that may impact site progress
• Liaise with project teams, commercial/QS, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers and relevant authorities to resolve procurement and supply issues
• Manage supplier relationships, conduct supplier performance evaluations and maintain an approved vendor list
• Lead, guide and develop the procurement team to build a capable and high-performing department

Requirements

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering Management or its equivalent from recognised universities.
• Minimum 15 years' procurement & commercial experience, with relevant managerial/leadership experience, preferably in the construction industry
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, market trends and supplier networks
• Familiar with procurement systems/ERP and relevant procurement compliance requirements
• Able to communicate and write fluently in both English and Chinese to prepare procurement analysis and supervision reports for Beijing HQ
• Independent, diligent, meticulous and highly motivated with strong leadership and excellent team spirit

• Responsible for the management and handling of the company's legal affairs, including contract drafting or review, legal document drafting, dispute resolution, intellectual property management, compliance review of company rules and regulations, etc., to ensure the compliance of the company's business and control of legal risks
• Track and study the changes and updates in relevant laws and regulations, conduct risk assessments in a timely manner, and develop corresponding response strategies
• Assist the company in resolving legal disputes and controversies, and safeguard the interests of the company,
• Answer legal questions during the company's operation process and provide legal advice and assistance to other departments
• Establish and maintain good cooperative relationships with government departments and law firms, and obtain necessary legal support and consulting services.

Job Requirement:

• Bachelor's Degree in Law/Legal Studies/Construction law or related in relevant industry
• At least 2 years from law firm or corporate that deals with legal matter
• A team player with the willingness to be involved beyond the formal job remit
• Able to converse in both English & preferably Mandarin as required to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients
• Strong written and oral communication skills, good at communication, proactive management and team spirit

We are looking for an experienced Middleware Engineer to take ownership of enterprise middleware platforms across on-premise and AWS cloud environments. This role requires deep technical expertise, leadership capabilities, and hands-on experience in designing, managing, and optimizing complex middleware ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities :

1. To work and co-ordinate with design/construction teams for all M&E installation and system requirement matters

2. To attend E&M Co-ordination Meetings and write Minutes of Meeting

3. To co-ordinate with Civil/BIM teams & all SWC for station and viaduct CCSM/SEM drawings and submissions

4. Review project specifications, technical clarifications and construction drawings

5. Manage in-house E&M sub-contractors’ work to ensure shop drawing and services are well co-ordinated to suit sequence and installation

6. Supervise and lead an installation team on E&M services installation in construction environment

Requirements :

1. Degree / Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering and/or Specialist Diploma in M&E co-ordination will be an advantage

2. At least 5 years experience in LTA projects M&E Coordination in local construction firm/LTA-MRT Project

3. Able to read and understand CAD, Revit/Navisworks software services in 3D model is essential
