This role is ideal for candidates with experience in refrigeration, facilities, or industrial maintenance who are comfortable working independently and on rotating shifts.

Working Hours:

Monday – Friday (Rotating Shifts):

• 7:00am – 3:00pm or

• 3:00pm – 9:00pm

(8 working hours inclusive of a 1-hour break)

Saturday (Rotational):

• 7:00am – 1:00pm

• 11:00am – 7:00pm

Sunday:

• 8:30am – 5:00pm (Alternate Sunday OT)

• System Design: Translate client requirements into tangible designs, new system infrastructures, or equipment specifications.
• Documentation: Prepare detailed engineering reports, concept drawings, and technical specifications.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs strictly adhere to local authority codes, statutory regulations (e.g., BCA, SCDF, NEA standards in Singapore), and safety standards. [1, 2, 3]

3. Project & Tender Management

• Tender Evaluation: Prepare and evaluate tender documents to help clients select the most suitable contractors.
• Vendor Coordination: Manage supply chains, oversee purchasing logistics, and coordinate with contractors and external consultants.
• Project Oversight: Manage project progression to ensure it adheres to the scope, budget, and deadlines.

4. Implementation, Testing & Commissioning

• Site Supervision: Supervise construction or on-site works, and review contractor submissions or temporary works to ensure quality control.
• Troubleshooting & Audits: Conduct routine audits, identify/resolve technical errors, and implement mitigation measures.

Job Scope:

• Assist the Head of Operations in coordinating daily project activities.

• Coordinate manpower, equipment, and deliveries to project sites.

• Liaise with customers, site personnel, and internal departments on project schedules and work progress.

• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.

• Prepare and submit project documents, reports, and inspection records.

• Ensure works are carried out according to safety requirements and customer expectations.

• Attend site meetings and assist in resolving site issues.

• Support site inspections, equipment handover, and user training when required.

• Maintain proper project records and documentation.

• Perform other duties assigned by the management.
  

Requirements:

•  NITEC, Higher NITEC, Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Construction, or related discipline.

• Experience in project coordination, site supervision, construction, engineering, or related industries will be advantageous.

• Possess own vehicle (Car / Bike) – Transport Allowance given

• Able to work independently and communicate with different stakeholders.
