Job Description

• Oversee and coordinate daily activities within the Sales Department, including preparing quotations, tenders, sales agreements/orders, and sales reports.
• Manage pre-sales processing tasks, organize and file important documents, and relay relevant information to sales managers and team members.
• Create and maintain Product IDs for new and existing products in the system
• Update and manage product prices in the database, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
• Manage end-to-end billing and order processing, including preparation of delivery orders, invoices, internal transfers, and rental/loan agreements.
• Take detailed sales meeting minutes, track and follow up on action points discussed during meetings to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Exposure to tender preparation, pre- and post-sales support will be an added advantage.
• Possession of own transportation (car)

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to project managers and teams
• Coordinate project schedules, meetings, and documentation
• Prepare and maintain project records, contracts, and correspondence
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth project coordination
• Assist in procurement processes and vendor coordination

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in project coordination or administration
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure
• Strong attention to detail with good problem-solving skills
