5+ years of experience as a Database Administrator or database engineer.

• Strong experience with relational databases such as Microsoft SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle, MySQL, or equivalent.

• Good understanding of database design, SQL, indexing, stored procedures, backup, recovery, and performance tuning.

• Experience supporting enterprise applications across multiple environments.

• Experience with data migration, ETL, bulk loading, and data validation is advantageous.

• Good understanding of database security, access control, audit logging, and secure configuration.

• Experience with cloud-based databases or managed database services is advantageous.

• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.

• Able to work with developers, infrastructure teams, data teams, and business stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:  

• Assist Sales Department to handle day-to-day activities.

• Compile sales reports

• Update databases and customer records

• Housekeeping of agents’ commission invoices

• To ensure stamp duty are purchased, uploaded into system and communicated with Finance on a monthly basis.

• Maintain proper filing systems to ensure the traceability of documents & updates into System.

• To assist with drafting of agreements- duty covering.

• Ensure & check all sales documents submitted by sales team are in order.

• Any other task assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
  

Requirements:
