We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager / Director to lead and oversee construction projects from planning through completion. Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil Engineering recognized by the Professional Engineers Board (PEB) and Building and Construction Authority (BCA) Singapore.

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in building construction projects, with at least 5 years in a managerial or leadership position.

• Proven track record in managing school, nursing home, and factory construction projects locally.

• Experience with main contractor projects will be an advantage.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, project planning, budgeting, contract administration, and project controls.

• Familiar with local authority requirements, building regulations, and workplace safety regulations.
