• Minimum 5 years of experience in data center operations, engineering, or related fields.

• Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Strong knowledge of data center infrastructure, including power, cooling, and environmental systems.

• Hands-on experience with server hardware, networking equipment, and data center management tools.

• Certifications such as DCCA, CCNA, CompTIA Server+, or equivalent are preferred.

• Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and handle emergency situations effectively.

• Knowledge of industry standards and best practices for data center management.

• This is a 24/7 shift-based role located in the North-East region.

• Candidates must be flexible and willing to work on weekends as part of the operational requirements.
