Job description

Required Skills & Experience

Domain & Functional Expertise (Essential)

• Strong hands‑on knowledge of the Private Equity / Venture Capital investment lifecycle, fund structures, and fund accounting principles.
• Experience within Fund Management, Asset Management, Investment Operations, Fund Administration, or PE/VC firms.
• Solid understanding of valuation concepts (DCF, comparables, multiples) and financial modelling logic (execution not required).

Experience

• 7+ years in a demanding financial domain role supporting investment or fund‑based businesses.

Core Competencies

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex financial concepts to technical teams.
• Proven experience in process mapping, requirements definition, and stakeholder management.

1. Support the ERP Finance Project Lead in coordinating finance-related activities for the SAP to D365FO transformation project, including follow-up on action items and outstanding issues.
2. Assist in gathering, consolidating, and tracking business requirements from Finance, Treasury, Accounts Payable, IT, and Shared Services teams to ensure timely submission and alignment with project timelines.
3. Perform data validation, review, and reconciliation checks during data migration activities to ensure completeness and accuracy of migrated financial data.
4. Monitor and follow up on configuration requirements, user feedback, and testing results to ensure system setups are aligned with approved business requirements.
5. Coordinate meetings, workshops, and user discussions by preparing materials, documenting key points, and tracking pending decisions or action items.
6. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), system testing, and finance process walkthroughs by preparing test data, logging issues, and following up on resolution status.
7. Assist in preparing project status updates, progress trackers, and documentation for Project Lead.
8. Provide administrative and coordination support to ensure smooth communication between internal users, consultants, and project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle.

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related discipline; professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CFA) strongly preferred. 

• 1–2 years of progressive experience in commercial finance, management accounting, or financial transformations, preferably in a fast‑paced or complex environment. 

• Advanced Excel skills; experience in financial modelling, Power BI, and finance automation tools is a strong advantage.
