HR Operations
Recruitment & Onboarding
•  Recruitment Support — Coordinate job postings, sourcing, interview scheduling, basic screening, and liaison with hiring managers and recruitment agencies to support timely hiring.
•  Onboarding & Offboarding — Manage end-to-end onboarding and off boarding, including contracts, orientation,document collection, system and asset coordination, exit clearance, final documentation, and employee record updates.
Employee Support & HR Governance
·        Employee Queries & HR Support — Serveas the first point of contact for staff on HR policies, payroll, leave,benefits, and general employment matters, providing timely and professional support.
·        Probation & Performance Administration — Coordinate probation confirmations, performance review timelines, appraisal documentation,and follow-up with supervisors on required submissions.
·        Policies & SOPs — Support the drafting, updating, and communication of HR policies, procedures, templates,and standard operating practices.
Training & Course Administration
Manage company-initiated and worker-requested training, course registration, certification tracking, and related documentation.
•      Receive course requests; identify suitable training centres; liaise with managers and supervisors on scheduling.
•      Prepare training agreements;
•      Purchase attendance notification (AN) for BCA Coretrade courses. Manage Coretrade/CET renewal requests initiated by workers, including personal login coordination
•      Book courses and confirm with training centres; arrange worker attendance.
•      Obtain course certificates/cards upon completion; update worker skills report; file copies in HR Training Record.
Office Administration & Procurement
•    OfficeOperations — Oversee day-to-day office operations: office facilities, supplies, utilities, courier, vendor coordination.
•    General Procurement — Source quotes and place orders for office supplies, pantry, stationery, and adhoc admin items; track spend against budget.
•    Compliance Admin — Coordinate insurance renewals, license renewals, and regulatory submissions (excluding accounting-led submissions).
•  ISO Surveillance & Audit Coordination — Coordinate annual ISO surveillance activities and audits, including scheduling, document preparation, follow-up on audit findings, and maintaining records to support ongoing compliance.
Employee Engagement
• TeamEngagement — Plan and execute team bonding activities and welfare initiatives; manage logistics, budget, and vendor coordination.
 Requirements
•    Minimum 3-4 years’ experience in a similar HR & administrative role, preferably in an SME setting.
•    Working knowledge of Singapore Employment Act, CPF Act, and MOM regulations including Work Permit / S Pass administration.
•    Hands-on experience with payroll software.
•    Proficientin Microsoft Excel and general office software.
•    Strong process discipline, attention to detail, and ability to work independently withminimal supervision.
•    Goodwritten and verbal communication in English.
•    Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or relatedfield.
