The Role

We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join our finance team, reporting directly to the Head of Finance. You will be responsible for overseeing the company's accounting operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting government-funded programme administration.

What You'll Do

Financial Accounting & Reporting

• Manage the full set of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, ROU, and bank reconciliations.

• Lead the month-end and year-end closing process, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.

• Prepare monthly management accounts, balance sheet schedules, and supporting reconciliations.

What We're Looking For

• Degree in Accountancy, Finance, or a related discipline.

• Perform accurate data entry into the accounting system, ensuring correct amounts and expense coding
• Support general administrative and clerical duties, including filing, documentation, and record management
• Assist with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting or administrative roles, Fresh Graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Meticulous, responsible, and proactive attitude
