JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide personalized beauty consultations to clients, understanding their needs and preferences.
Offer expert advice on skincare routines, application techniques, and beauty products.
Perform hand demo, disseminate product samples, brochures, flyers etc. and assist customers in finding the suitable product they are looking for
Engage with customers discovering their wants and needs and build productive trust relationships
Achieve the monthly targets and “Go the extra mile” to drive sales
Continuously seek to improve the product knowledge, and act as an expert for the customer
Conduct brand/product training to peers when required
Support overall day-to-day retail operations and housekeeping of the store
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Proven experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the beauty industry.
Strong knowledge of skincare and cosmetics products.
Sales-oriented with a passion for beauty.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Fast paced and collaborative working style
Salary Range: Earn up to an average of S$10,000 per month (uncapped)
LOCATION : Central area (MRT lines) - EWL,NSL,CCL
Millennia Walk & Raffles city Shopping mall
