The role requires strong expertise in Siemens PLC programming, motion control systems, and industrial automation, with a focus on delivering reliable and efficient control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, program, and troubleshoot Siemens PLC systems using TIA Portal
• Work on Siemens S7-1500 (CPU 1511) PLCs for machine automation
• Configure and integrate servo drives and motion systems (S120, G120C, V90)
• Design control logic, HMI interfaces, and automation workflows
• Commission, test, and validate automation systems at site and factory
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to PLC, drives, and field devices
• Collaborate with mechanical and electrical teams for system integration
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety protocols, and documentation practices
• Support installation, FAT/SAT, and client handover processes
