In this role you will:

• Build and grow strong adviser partnerships that drive sustainable support for TAL across a defined panel.
• Identify and convert new adviser opportunities by representing TAL at industry, dealership and partner events.
• Position TAL’s value proposition through trusted product, service and business support conversations with advisers.
• Execute targeted growth plans aligned to regional priorities to increase adviser engagement and production.
• Strengthen adviser capability and advocacy through training, campaigns and tailored engagement initiatives.
• Share market and competitor insights to inform regional strategy and strengthen TAL’s competitive position.
