• This is a FULL TIME position.
• Experience in intervention for children (5-12yr) with specific learning difficulties.
• Hold a Diploma or Degree in Special Education Alternatively
• Alternatively hold Degree in Psychology, Occupational Therapy, Speech Therapy, Certificate in Autism
• Develop intervention and lesson plans
• Apply various behaviour management strategies and programs in teaching children with various learning difficulties/disorders (e.g., ASD, ADHD, GDD, etc.)
• Manage EIP group classes and individual classes
• Together with the Multi-Disciplinary Team of Speech and Occupational therapist, set IEP Goals for student, monitor progress and report on progress.
• Communicate with parents when required
• Work in a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including speech therapists, occupational therapists and psychologists
• Prefer 2 years of experience, working in an Early Intervention Center or Autism Center.
• Candidates with teaching and classroom management experience will be an advantage
• Good interpersonal and written communication skills

Administrative and Accounting Support Duties

- Greet and Support Visitors.

- Registration of Students and Parents Agreements

- Communication with Parents

- Invoicing Fees and collections

- Bank Statement Reconciliation

- Submit fees collections and expenses using Quick Books, working with our Accounting Agency. Knowledge of Quick Books will be an advantage (training will be provided)

Parent Support Group (PSG)

- Assist in engaging Parents in PSG events (Tea, Talks etc)

- Understand Parents Pain Points and Advocate for them

Marketing Support

- Assist Marketing team in Social Media Marketing

In this role, you will work closely with our lead trainer to support intervention sessions for young adults (16 years and above) on the autism spectrum. This is a unique opportunity to step into a purposeful role where every session makes a difference.

• Assist the main trainer in facilitating group sessions and activities
• Support students in tasks engagement and social interaction
• Observe and learn various evidence-based strategies used in intervention
