Job Description
Job Title: Commercial Executive / Assistant Manager
Department: Sales and Marketing
Reports To: Commercial Manager

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Coordinate and implement administrative functions for the Sales and Marketing team.

• Drive existing business opportunities and develop new strategic plans to leverage the company’s capabilities into additional markets.

• Promote and market aircraft interior design services to customers, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region.

• Maintain strong relationships with existing customers while identifying and developing new business opportunities.

• Work closely with project engineers on quotations, project timelines, schedules, and deadlines.

• Monitor and administer contractual terms and conditions.

• Lead presentations and negotiations with airlines worldwide, building successful relationships that generate future business opportunities.

• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned from time to time.

Qualification Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience that provides both theoretical and practical knowledge in the commercial aerospace industry.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant sales experience in the aviation industry, preferably in commercial aerospace or aircraft interior solutions.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deliver customer presentations, conduct contract negotiations, prepare management reports, and represent the company at industry events.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to perform job functions with minimal supervision, while leading proposal teams and managing representatives.
• Strong ability to influence and facilitate decision-making to achieve common goals.
• Participate in marketing initiatives, including the development of company presentations, product brochures, trade show booth design and layout, website updates, new product development, and other marketing activities.
• Must be able to travel at short notice, without restrictions, to domestic and international destinations.
