We are recruiting customer service oriented front desk receptionists.
Job Description:
· Attend to walk-in customers
· Handle phone and email enquiries
· Handle student enrolment matters
· Collection of course fees and handle day-end closing
· Support daily centre operations
· Other administrative tasks assigned by manager
Requirement:
· Customer service oriented
· Pleasant working attitude
· Strong communication skills
· Attentive to details and meticulous in following up on customers' requests
· Experience with customer service will be an added bonus
· Full coaching will be provided
· Required Language : English and Mandarin / Good verbal communication skills in Mandarin to correspondence in all feedback and queries of Chinese speaking customer
Working Days and Hours:
· Tuesday to Sunday (5.5 days work week)
· 44hrs/week
· Able to commit on weekends (required)
