DUTIES ANDRESPONSIBILITIES:
Report to Operations Manager
Taking charge of Security Officers
Conduct routine checks on the security personnel to monitor their performance
Ensure that all Security Officers adhere to all rules and regulations of the Company and clients
Maintain the standard of quality that the company has established for each site
Ensure manpower development and training
Ensure the updating and maintenance of the file systems and documentation is carried out effectively at all job sites
Plan and monitor the day-to-day manpower schedule and the operations of the respective sites
Liaise with Finance on billings and payments and with HR on wages, staffing and administrative matters through the Operations Manager
Submit monthly reports and conduct checks of all sites under their responsibility
Conduct weekly site visits to assigned sites (2times a week)
Conduct silent hour spot checks
Ensure regular security meetings are organised with the clients (At least once a month)
QUALIFICATIONS,KNOWLEDGGE & EXPERIENCE:
A. Qualifications
Minimum GCE ‘A’ Levels
Applicants with a Diploma in Security Management or GCE ‘A’ Levels will, however, have anadvantage
Valid PLRD License
B. Experience
At least 4 years of experience as an Operations Executive
Ex-SAF, SPF or SCDF staff in a leadership position is preferred
C. Skills & Knowledge
Must possess a Class 3 license
Relevant experience in the security industry
D. Personal Qualities
Well groomed
Highly dependable and able to work independently
Able to communicate effectively
Other qualities deemed ideal include - Objectivity, Emotional control, Integrity, Safety management, Professionalism, Problem Solving
