Key Responsibilities
- Develop, evaluate, and improve manufacturing processes to increase productivity and efficiency.
- Analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement, cost reduction, and waste minimization.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions to prevent recurring problems.
- Work closely with production, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.
- Prepare and update process documentation including work instructions, SOPs, and process flow diagrams.
- Monitor process performance and implement process control measures.
- Conduct root cause analysis for process-related problems and implement preventive actions.
- Support new product introduction (NPI) by developing appropriate production processes and parameters.
- Ensure manufacturing processes comply with company quality standards and safety requirements.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, or Six Sigma projects.
Skills and Competencies
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes and production systems.
- Ability to perform root cause analysis and process improvement.
- Familiar with quality management systems (ISO 9001).
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma is an advantage.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
