• Implement therapeutic exercises and activities as directed by the therapist.
• Support therapists in evaluating clients’ readiness and suitability to begin or continue therapy.
• Perform routine assessments and collect outcome measures for clients, following therapist guidelines.
• Document therapy sessions using standardized templates.
• Relay session-related information accurately to the therapists.
• Provide education to clients and caregivers on therapeutic techniques under therapist supervision.
• Independently manage straightforward therapy sessions after consultation with therapists.
• Lead basic or standard group therapy sessions.
• Ensure the correct and safe usage of rehabilitation tools, including tech-assisted equipment.
• Follow infection control protocols and ensure volunteers do the same.
• Help with the setup and testing of new equipment or initiatives.
• Assist in training new or junior therapy assistants.
• Take part in multidisciplinary case discussions with the clinical team.
• Engage in ongoing professional development activities.
• Carry out basic data entry tasks as required.

• Design and improve 3Dmodels using CAD software
• Prepare files for 3Dprinting, including setup and material choice
• Operate and maintain3D printers, and fix issues when needed
• Perform post-processing such as cleaning, finishing, assembling, and checking quality
• Test printed parts and suggest improvements
• Work with teams to improve product design and production
• Manage project tasks, timelines, and coordination
• Keep records of designs, materials, and machine settings

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Product Design, Industrial Design, or related field
• Experience with 3D printing technologies such as FDM, SLA, SLS, or similar
• Proficiency in CAD software such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, Fusion 360, or equivalent
• Knowledge of materials used in additive manufacturing
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing 3D printing machines or related equipment

Responsibilites:

• Support the clinical team in advising clients on financial assistance schemes, ensuring timely updates for means testing reviews and subsidy renewals
• Assist the clinical team with administrative processes to facilitate effective service delivery to clients and caregivers
• Manage the onboarding of new clients, including scheduling and rescheduling of initial assessments, processing subsidy applications and responding to rehabilitation-related enquiries
• Provide support in the initial assessment of client and caregiver needs, including basic case management under the guidance of a Case Manager or Social Worker
• Enhance clients’ and caregivers’ ability to cope by coordinating and streamlining access to relevant community services
• Provide clients and caregivers with appropriate information, guidance, and referral support
• Conduct joint home visits with Case Managers, Social Workers or members of the multidisciplinary team when required
• Support the planning and execution of events or projects related to client and caregiver support
• Participate in case discussions with the clinical team
• Prepare, consolidate and monitor monthly reports and relevant statistics
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation in both digital systems and physical records
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the reporting officer

Requirement:

• Diploma or Advanced Diploma, preferably in a healthcare-related discipline
• Minimum 1–2 years of relevant experience in the healthcare or social services sector
• Compassionate and patient individual with a gentle disposition, strong empathy and active listening skills
• Team player with strong interpersonal and communication abilities
• Familiar with or able to quickly understand the healthcare and social services landscape
• Demonstrates a positive attitude, adaptability and maturity in a dynamic work environment
