Job Description:
Daily accounting function of construction company such as general ledgers, cash book, account payable, account receivable and bank reconciliations.
Prepare Invoice and monitor the account receivable accurately.
Handling the account payable and subcontractor payment and perform reconciliation with all supplier's statement account.
Check and update of Site expenses and petty cash claims by project.
Assist in Fixed assets management.
Maintain proper record keeping and organization of filing system.
Liaise with the auditor, tax agent, company secretary and bank
Other tasks and duties which may assigned from time to time

Check and respond to emails related to procurement matters.
Liaise and communicate with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, and delivery status.
Follow up on PO status to ensure on-time delivery of materials.
Monitor and verify Delivery Orders (DO) against issued PO.
Maintain proper records of procurement documents (PO, DO, invoices, quotations).
Request and compare quotations from suppliers.
Assist in sourcing new suppliers and maintaining supplier database.
Coordinate with site team to ensure materials meet project requirements.
Handle any discrepancies related to orders, deliveries, or invoices.
