About the Role
We are seeking a Quantitative Developer with a strong technical background and proven experience in financial institutions.
You will work closely with banks, brokerages, and asset management firms to deliver digital transformation solutions that enhance efficiency, compliance, and innovation.
Candidates with prior experience in financial operations and a solid understanding of technology architecture will be highly valued. CFA charterholders or candidates progressing through CFA exams will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities
Utilize advanced data analytics tools and technologies (Python, SQL, Excel) to clean, organize, and analyze large-scale financial datasets, uncover trends, and generate actionable insights.
Provide expert financial data analysis and advisory support based on deep understanding of financial concepts, theories, and calculations — enabling clients to derive meaningful business insights and make informed decisions.
Perform financial big data analysis to identify customer behavior patterns, market trends, and product performance indicators.
Work closely with product, technology, and business teams to translate analytical findings into practical product features and strategic business initiatives that enhance Axisoft’s FinTech solutions.
Prepare high-quality financial reports and models — including scenario analyses, sensitivity analyses, and performance simulations using Excel or equivalent tools.
Ensure data accuracy and modeling integrity, continuously refining analytical and modeling methodologies.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree or above in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, Financial Engineering, or related fields.
Minimum 3 years of experience in financial data analysis, quantitative research, or related roles.
Solid understanding of stochastic financial models, interest rate modeling, and volatility frameworks is a plus.
Proficient in Python, SQL, and Excel; strong quantitative, statistical, and modeling capabilities with attention to detail.
Familiarity with portfolio performance evaluation, credit risk assessment, and portfolio valuation principles.
Deep understanding of financial statements, key indicators (revenue, cost, profit, cash flow), and ability to construct dynamic financial models with scenarios and assumptions.
Excellent communication and client-management skills, with the ability to translate complex analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendations.
