Job Description
- Establish and maintain communications with internal stakeholder and client to ensure accurate and timely flow of the documentation deliverables.
- To manage all documents for the project
- Perform all works which include filing, typing, photocopying, fax and other works being assigned from time to time.
- Maintaining and updating the database
- Ensure all incoming and outgoing correspondences/drawings/documents/reports are organized according to Project Filing Code
- Receiving and checking all incoming correspondence
- Review each document for conformity and accuracy prior to submission to client.
- Keep all project documents orderly complete and categorized for easy accessibility to specific records and projects.
- Ensures delivery and receipt of all documents by deadlines.
- Makes sure that controlled copies of latest approved documents are given to the appropriate staffs.
- Maintains an updated records of all approved documents.
Requirement
- ITE, Higher NITEC, Diploma or Degree holder
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical staff.
- Proficient in MS Office.
