Internship Overview

This internship offers a practical opportunityto build real-world experience across both inbound and outbound marketing. You will be involved in campaign planning, content creation, lead generation, client engagement, and performance analysis.

What You’ll Do

You will gain exposure to the full sales and marketing lifecycle, with responsibilities including:

• Campaign Execution: Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and sales initiatives to drive brand awareness and customer engagement.
• Content & Collateral Creation: Assist in developing sales and marketing materials, including pitch decks, proposals, and promotional content aligned with company goals.
• Client & Market Engagement: Participate in client meetings, promotional activities, and business development efforts to gain practical frontline experience.
• Strategy & Brainstorming: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and support marketing and sales strategies.
• Performance Analysis: Track campaign KPIs, measure performance, and compile insights to improve future initiatives.
• Lead Generation Support: Contribute to lead generation through digital initiatives, networking events, and trade show support.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Organised, proactive, and open to sharing creative ideas
• Strong communication skills and comfortable interacting with teammates and clients
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using social media platforms professionally
• Experience with marketing campaigns or promotions is a plus
• Interest in market trends, sales strategies, and consumer behaviour
• Able to commit to a minimum 4-month full-time internship

Retention

• Support staff benefits & leave schemes

• Prepare leave reports for payroll
• Help organize team bonding events, festive celebrations & CSR activities

Requirements & Ideal Profile

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Human Resource or a related field
• Great communicator with a proactive mindset
• Detail-oriented & organized
• Team player who can also work independently
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for at least 4 months
• Hybrid arrangement: 1 day work from home weekly

Job Summary

Assist in developing, maintaining, and enhancing mobile and web-based software solutions to improve performance, functionality, and user experience. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support UI/UX delivery, software development lifecycle activities, and integration of third-party tools, contributing to ACP’s innovative ICT solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain, and enhance existing mobile solutions to improve application performance and user engagement
• Recommend and implement technical improvements to optimize functionality and user experience across platforms
• Support the design and delivery of high-quality user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) for mobile and web applications
• Participate actively in software development phases including analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation to ensure robust solutions
• Contribute to proof-of-concept projects and prepare detailed technical designs to validate new ideas and approaches
• Assist in data modelling and manage mobile app databases to support efficient data storage and retrieval
• Support installation, configuration, and integration of third-party plug-ins and tools to extend application capabilities
• Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate knowledge sharing and future maintenance
• Learn to develop, customize, and integrate PHP-based web applications within ACP’s technology stack
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment and manage multiple tasks to meet project deadlines

Requirements & Ideal Profile

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of Flutter and PHP development
• Familiarity with HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript/jQuery, MySQL, and CakePHP
• Understanding of mobile application development for Android and iOS platforms
• Exposure to RESTful APIs, JSON integration, and version control tools such as Git is an advantage
• Interest in UI/UX design principles and responsive mobile interfaces
• Strong passion for technology with a willingness to learn and adapt quickly
• Good communication skills and the ability to work both independently and in a team environment
