Role Overview

The Project Manager is responsible for the end-to-end delivery ofsecurity systems projects, including CCTV, Video Management Systems (VMS),access control, and integrated surveillance solutions. The role ensuressuccessful execution within scope, timeline, budget, and compliance with clientand regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead full project lifecycle: planning, execution, testing, commissioning, and handover
• Manage large-scale security systems deployments (CCTV, VMS, access control, fibre networks)
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, authorities, and subcontractors
• Develop project schedules, resource plans, and technical execution strategies
• Monitor progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation measures
• Ensure compliance with security standards, site safety, and quality requirements
• Manage project budgets, cost control, and financial reporting
• Oversee procurement of security equipment and systems integration
• Lead testing & commissioning (T&C), system integration, and final acceptance
• Maintain proper project documentation and reporting

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering / IT / Project Management or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in security systems projects (CCTV, VMS, access control, surveillance systems)
• Proven experience managing large-scale infrastructure or mission-critical projects
• Strong knowledge of security system architecture and integration
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is an advantage
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills

The Quantity Surveyor manages all cost and contractual aspects ofsecurity systems projects, ensuring financial control, profitability, andcompliance with contractual requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare cost estimates and tender submissions for security systems projects
• Analyze project costs including equipment (cameras, servers, storage, cabling, fibre)
• Evaluate subcontractor quotations specific to security and ELV systems
• Manage progress claims, variation orders (VO), and final accounts
• Track project expenditure and ensure cost efficiency
• Support procurement of security systems and related infrastructure
• Administer contracts in accordance with industry standards
• Provide cost advice to project teams and management
• Maintain proper documentation for claims and financial reporting

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or related field
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in security systems / ELV / ICT project cost management
• Strong knowledge of contracts (FIDIC, SIA, or equivalent)
• Familiarity with CCTV, VMS, access control costing and BOQ preparation
• Strong analytical and negotiation skills

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Business, Engineering, IT, or related field
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in sales/business development within security systems (CCTV, VMS, access control)
• Strong understanding of security technologies and solutions
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets in technical industries
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
