Huraian Kerja:

1. Pantau tahap inventori dan rancang pembelian untuk memenuhi keperluan operasi.

9. Berselaras dengan pembekal dan pengangkut mengenai pengumpulan bekas tangki dengan pengendalian kerugian melebihi 80 kg, dan menyediakan borang penghapusan terminal bulanan.

• Assist in the preparation and management of customs documentation (K1, K2, k3, K8, K9, ZB Forms), permits, invoices, and packing lists to ensure accuracy and compliance with Royal Malaysia Customs regulations.

• Manage FG inventory (FIFO) and stock card management and arrangement, inclusive of packaging materials. FG/ packing materials were placed/shelved orderly for easy tracking.
• Maintain good filing system (for custom & audit) and record-keeping and responsible for warehouse housekeeping and safety.

• Knowledge of imports and exports procedures, customs/ bank/insurance documentation's and formalities.
• Coordination with the suppliers and shipping agents for the execution of shipment and other export related responsibilities
