Key Responsibilities
• Support the operation and maintenance of the company’s IT infrastructure including servers,
networking equipment, and end-user devices.
• Monitor system performance and ensure infrastructure services are running reliably.
• Perform routine system maintenance, patching, and updates.
• Assist with administration of servers, user accounts, and core IT services.
• Support management of network connectivity including LAN, WiFi, and VPN access.
• Maintain system access controls and user permissions.
• Provide technical troubleshooting for infrastructure-related issues.
• Assist internal users with system, network, and hardware issues where required.
• Escalate more complex issues to senior IT personnel or external vendors.
• Support implementation of basic IT security measures including system updates and endpoint
protection.
• Assist with system backup procedures and basic disaster recovery readiness.
• Assist in setup, deployment, and maintenance of laptops, desktops, and other IT equipment.
• Maintain inventory and records of IT hardware and infrastructure assets.
• Coordinate with vendors for equipment servicing or procurement.
• Maintain documentation of IT systems, configurations, and standard operating procedures.
Qualifications & Experience
• Diploma or degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Typically 2–4 years of experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or IT support.
• Familiarity with Windows environments, networking basics, and endpoint management.
• Exposure to Microsoft 365, virtualization platforms, or cloud services is an advantage.
