Job Summary

Manage and coordinate airfreight, oceanfreight, and trucking shipments to ensure timely clearance, accurate documentation, and effective communication with customers, vendors, and partners.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate airfreight, oceanfreight, and trucking shipments to ensure efficient and smooth operations
• Collaborate with clearance vendors to expedite fast terminal clearance for shipments
• Verify and declare accurate permits for all shipments to comply with regulations
• Coordinate shipment schedules to ensure timely delivery and avoid delays

Responsibilities

• Ensure all shipments HAWB/MAWB are executed on time and acurately
• Monitor FWB/FHL transmission prior to terminal transfer
• Adhere to customers' SOP and requirements
