Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and arrange the collection/deliveries of ship’s spares from/to vessels

• Liaise with customers on their shipping and logistical requirements

• Coordinate and organize the ground logistics with 3rd party service provider.

• Coordinate with the Baggage Coordinator (BC) and Engineering Baggage Control
• Room Supervisors for any areas to focus on during start of shift at the BHA.
• Ensure daily manning levels of the GHA for arrival, departure, and transfer handling are sufficient. Prepare and send various reports/SitReps to the Baggage Coordinator to collate andreport.
