Responsibilities:
- Knowledge of imports and exports procedures, customs/ bank/insurance documentation's and formalities.
- Coordination with the suppliers and shipping agents for the execution of shipment and other export related responsibilities
- Tracking the entire process with complete monitoring of the various stages and shipment for timely delivery of goods to buyers.
- Coordination with Overseas Buyers, CHA, freight forwarders and Shipping Agents regarding shipments, Preparation of BRC.
- To handle and process COA of our paper products.
- Apply for other relevant permit which may be required .
- Liaise with forwarder for shipping schedule , booking of container and negotiating of freight charges.
- Prepare documents for customers , forwarder and customs clearance.
- Update latest regulation and procedure of import and export.
- Liaise with internal and external parties to ensure timely deliveries.
- Update and following up on outstanding orders, dispute and refund.
Requirements
- Qualification: Minimum Diploma/Degree holder in any discipline.
- Preferable: With 3 years working experience in manufacturing field, but if you fresh graduate also can applied as junior level.
- Able to Communicate with clients in English, Mandarin, BM.
- Knowledge of operating SAP software is an added bonus.
- Fresh graduates from any discipline are encouraged to apply.
- On job training will be provided to the fresh graduates.
- Applicant must be willing to work in Banting.
- Those who can start immediately would be an added advantage.
