JOB OVERVIEW 

Responsible for supporting end-to-end air freight import and export operations for key accounts. This role ensures shipments are executed efficiently, in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs), and aligned with customer requirements. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan and schedule cargo space, monitor flight uplift status, and pre-alert stakeholders on potential delays 

• Liaise with destination offices regarding shipment delays and discrepancies

• Proactively prevent service failures and manage recovery actions when issues arise
