Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily ocean freight import and export operations.
• Process shipment orders, invoices, delivery notes, and maintain accurate operational records.
• Coordinate with overseas offices, customers, carriers, and vendors to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Monitor shipment status and resolve operational issues proactively to minimize delays and demurrage exposure.
• Ensure timely customs clearance, permit declarations, and cargo delivery.
• Accrue operational costs and verify vendor invoices accurately.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Maritime Business Management, Air & Sea Freight Management, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in ocean freight forwarding operations, with solid exposure to both import and export operations.
• Strong knowledge of international shipping procedures, documentation, customs requirements, and carrier operations.
• Ability to manage daily operations effectively, resolve operational issues, and support customer requirements in a timely manner.
• Supervisory or team leadership experience will be an advantage.
• Strong communication and coordination skills inworking with customers, carriers, overseas offices, and internal departments.
• Team player with a proactive “can-do” attitude and willingness to learn.

About the Role

We are looking for an Interface Coordinator to support the coordination and management of technical, design, construction, and system interfaces for railway and infrastructure projects in Singapore.

This role is suitable for candidates with relevant experience in engineering coordination, interface management, project documentation, or multidisciplinary project environments. The successful candidate will work closely with internal teams, clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other system contractors to ensure all interface matters are properly identified, tracked, coordinated, and resolved in a timely manner.

The position offers the opportunity to be involved in major rail and infrastructure projects and to play an important role in ensuring smooth coordination across different parties, disciplines, and project stages.

Key Responsibilities
1. Interface Coordination & Management

• Coordinate and manage technical, design, construction, and system interfaces between internal teams, external parties, and relevant stakeholders.
• Identify interface issues, scope boundaries, dependencies, and coordination matters across different disciplines and contractors.
• Maintain and update interface registers, interface trackers, action logs, and related follow up records.
• Support the timely resolution of interface issues to avoid delays, conflicts, or disruptions to project delivery.

2. Design, Technical & Construction Coordination

• Review drawings, technical documents, method statements, and submissions to identify interface conflicts, gaps, or coordination issues.
• Coordinate with engineering, design, installation, testing, and project teams to ensure interface requirements are properly addressed.
• Work closely with civil, electrical, mechanical, power, systems, and other related parties to ensure smooth integration of project works.
• Support technical clarification, design coordination, and construction planning related to interface matters.

3. Meetings, Follow Up & Stakeholder Communication

• Organise and attend interface meetings, technical discussions, and coordination sessions with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and other contractors.
• Prepare meeting minutes, interface summaries, action lists, and follow up records.
• Track outstanding interface issues and ensure proper communication and follow through with the responsible parties.
• Liaise with relevant stakeholders to ensure interface matters are closed out in line with project requirements and timelines.

4. Documentation, Reporting & Project Support

• Maintain proper documentation and records for interface related correspondence, submissions, comments, approvals, and coordination matters.
• Prepare interface status updates, reports, summaries, and trackers for internal review and management reporting.
• Support project teams in ensuring interface readiness for construction, installation, testing, commissioning, energisation, and handover activities.
• Assist in ad hoc coordination and project administration matters related to interface management as required.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in interface coordination, engineering coordination, project coordination, or multidisciplinary construction and infrastructure project environments.
• Experience in rail, metro, MRT, electrical, power, M&E, or infrastructure projects will be an advantage.
• Able to read and understand drawings, technical documents, and project specifications.
• Good understanding of coordination between different disciplines, contractors, and project stakeholders.
• Strong organisational, documentation, communication, and follow up skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple coordination matters in a fast paced project environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and general project documentation tools.
• Good command of English, both written and spoken. Ability to communicate in Chinese will be an advantage for coordination with Chinese speaking stakeholders.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in railway, metro, or public infrastructure projects in Singapore will be an advantage.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Deputy Project Manager / Project Manager to support and lead the delivery of railway power supply system projects in Singapore.

This role is suitable for candidates with strong project management experience in railway, infrastructure, or large-scale electrical engineering projects. The successful candidate will be involved in overall project planning, engineering coordination, site execution, stakeholder management, testing and commissioning, and final project delivery.

The position offers the opportunity to take on a key role in major rail infrastructure projects and work closely with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams across the full project lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Management & Delivery

• Support and manage the end-to-end delivery of railway power supply system projects, ensuring compliance with contractual, technical, safety, quality, budget, and schedule requirements
• Assist in overall project planning, execution strategy, resource allocation, risk management, and project reporting
• Manage and monitor project activities across design, engineering coordination, procurement, installation, testing and commissioning, energisation, and handover
• Track project progress and ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, specifications, construction methodologies, and applicable standards
• Identify project risks, delays, technical issues, and interface challenges, and work with relevant teams to implement mitigation and recovery actions

2. Coordination & Stakeholder Management

• Act as a key coordination point with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, authorities, and internal project teams
• Coordinate project interfaces across electrical systems, civil works, installation activities, authority requirements, and operational constraints
• Lead or support project meetings, technical discussions, coordination sessions, and management reporting for internal and external stakeholders

3. Planning, Monitoring & Control

• Develop, monitor, and maintain project schedules, manpower plans, work sequencing strategies, and delivery programmes

4. Testing, Commissioning & Commercial Awareness

• Support and lead key project milestones including testing, commissioning, energisation, system coordination, and final acceptance
• Work closely with relevant teams to ensure successful completion of testing and handover activities
• Monitor project cost implications, variation matters, procurement coordination, and commercial issues together with the relevant commercial and project teams
• Support overall project delivery with good awareness of contractual obligations, budget control, and risk management

Requirements

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline
• Relevant experience in a Deputy Project Manager, Project Manager, or similar project delivery role within railway, transportation, infrastructure, or large-scale electrical engineering projects
• Strong technical understanding of Low Voltage (LV) and/or High Voltage (HV) systems
• Familiarity with Electrical Services (ES) will be an advantage
• Good knowledge of project planning, construction management, engineering coordination, testing and commissioning, and delivery control
• Experience in coordinating with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and relevant stakeholders
• Good commercial awareness with exposure to cost control, progress monitoring, variation matters, and project risk management

Job Summary:

The Airfreight Customer Service Executive (Import) in Freight Forwarding is responsible for managing end-to-end airfreight shipments on behalf of customers, ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality service delivery. This role requires strong knowledge of airfreight forwarding operations, shipment documentation, customs regulations, and coordination with carriers, ground handling agents, and internal teams.

Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end airfreight forwarding shipments, including booking, documentation, coordination with airlines and ground handlers, customs clearance (for imports), export documentation, billing, and shipment closure.
• Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding import and export shipments, providing timely updates, handling inquiries, and resolving operational issues.
• Coordinate with airlines, ground handling agents, trucking partners, and customs authorities to ensure smooth shipment execution and compliance with regulations.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), key performance indicators (KPIs), and internal operational procedures.
• Take ownership of complex or high-value shipments, proactively resolving delays, documentation discrepancies, or customs queries.
• Identify operational bottlenecks and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate shipment records, reports, and regulatory documentation for internal, customer, and regulatory purposes.
• Support and guide junior customer service staff in airfreight forwarding procedures, shipment documentation, and best practices.
