Overview
The Aircraft Engineer is responsible for routine daily tasks such as aircraft pre-flight, post-flight servicing/maintenance, base maintenance, line maintenance that is not limited to, towing and general engineering support.
Key Responsibilities
• Carry out maintennece set by the Engineering Manager/ Lead engineer
• Aircraft servicing
• Pre and Post flight maintenece
• Line maintenance as required by FAA/ 2-REG laws
• Undertake general aircraft husbandry
• Conduct internal and external aircraft cleaning
• Fitment and removal of aircraft covers and blanks
• Assistance with tool control
• Ensure hangar remains clean and tidy
• Assist with aircraft towing
• Other tasks as detailed by the Engineering Manager or Director of Flight Operations
Skills and Qualifications
Essential
• Line and base experience
• Self-starter able to use their initiative
• Ability to problem solve and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Microsoft excel, word and PowerPoint
• Holder of a Singapore Driving Licence
• Previously worked around aircraft
• FAA A&P license
Desirable
• CAMP TRAXXALL experience
• Corporate jet experience
