Job Scope
On-Ground Discipline Support
- Promote positive student behaviour and support student management in the school environment.
- Perform duties such as canteen duty, detention duty, traffic duty and patrolling within the school and its vicinity.
- Manage students placed on in-house suspension, ensuring compliance with school rules and meaningful engagement in assigned tasks.
- Provide support to classes with students exhibiting behavioural challenges.
Administrative and Communication Support
- Support Student Development KPs in case management, including fact-finding, engagement with students and parents, coordination of follow-ups, and monitoring of student progress.
Event and General Support
- Assist at school events when required.
- Carry out any administrative tasks assigned by the Principal, Vice-Principal and Student Development KPs
Requirements:
a) At least two years of experience in managing students at the primary or lower secondary level.
b) Diploma qualification from a recognised institution.
c) Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
d) Empathy towards students with social-emotional and behavioural needs.
e) Passion and a positive disposition towards working with students with behavioural challenges.
f) Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with school teams, including Year Heads, teachers, counsellors and other stakeholders.
Contract Duration: From 4 May 2026 to 20 November 2026
Working Arrangement:
Mondays to Fridays: 7:30am to 4:30pm (not required to work during school holidays)
