Accountable

1. Ensure timely activation and/or creation shipment in TMS (TANGO)

The incumbent will manage, coordinate and execute air export shipments for our freight forwarding operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling end-to-end export documentation, coordinating with vendors, customers, overseas agents, and ensuring compliance with customs and aviation regulations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Preparations of documents and airlines labels. (MAWB, HAWB, Manifest, COO)

• Updating of freight database, including job file status and milestones.
