Our client is a global multinational organization seeking a Supply Chain & Logistics Analyst to support its international distribution and logistics operations. This role offers exposure to global stakeholders and the opportunity to contribute to supply chain reporting, logistics analysis, freight management, and process improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

Logistics Operations

• Maintain freight pricing structures and logistics-related data.
• Support freight and duty calculations within SAP.
• Review freight invoices and billing documentation against shipment records and agreed commercial terms.
• Manage freight accrual reporting and reconciliation activities.
• Process purchase requests and monitor payment completion.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and external logistics partners.

Analysis, Reporting & Projects

• Prepare monthly logistics dashboards, KPI reports, and management presentations.
• Consolidate and analyse global distribution cost forecasts.
• Support annual sustainability and insurance reporting activities.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable reporting solutions.
• Identify process improvement opportunities across logistics, warehousing, and distribution functions.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience.
• Experience in SAP is essential.

• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, and Macros.

Job Summary

You will serve as the single point of contact for IT incidents and service requests, manage data centre operations, and ensure smooth IT infrastructure functioning while adhering to service level agreements and supporting shift work including weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide a single point of contact for incident management, service requests, and escalation to ensure timely resolution
• Monitor and maintain data centre operations and facilities to ensure system availability and reliability
• Manage equipment movement to support operational needs and asset tracking
• Conduct daily monitoring of system status to detect and address abnormalities promptly
• Ensure proper functioning of existing data centre systems to maintain operational continuity
• Perform tape mount and un-mount tasks for backup operations to secure data integrity
• Handle portable media storage for off-site backup to support disaster recovery plans
• Liaise with vendors to coordinate maintenance and system enhancement activities
• Troubleshoot and report system incidents, problems, and abnormalities to minimize downtime
• Resolve incidents related to routine problems or known issues to maintain service quality
• Adhere to service level agreements for response and turnaround times to meet customer expectations
• Work shifts including weekends and public holidays to provide continuous IT support

Required competencies and certifications

• Diploma in Computer Science, Electronics, IT, or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in IT infrastructure operations
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts (with Shift allowance on top of basic salary)
