What You’ll Do
• Handle sales documentation (invoices, agreements, financing paperwork)
• Coordinate vehicle registration, transfer, and delivery timelines
• Liaise with banks, insurers, LTA-related processes, and partners
• Track stock, vehicle status, and documentation flow
• Support sales team with admin coordination
• Ensure all paperwork is accurate, complete, and compliant
• Manage customer documentation and follow-ups
• Maintain organized records and filing systems
