either Tues to Saturday or Sunday to Thursday
or Monday to Friday (either Saturday or Sunday able to commit work overtime)

• Perform administrative duties including documentation collection, distribution and filling
• Update and compile logistics related daily and monthly reports
• Maintain and update stock inventory and location
• Assist to answer phone calls and message taking
• Other logistics related duties as assigned
• Experience in administrative duties and data entry
• Knowledge of MS office and MS outlook
• Able to work under fast pace environment and perform overtimes when required
