Requirements:

• Minimum seven (7) years of working experience including in consultancy firms
• Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Quantity Survey or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): Pre-Contract Management, Post Contract Management.
• Knowledge in AutoCAD and Measurement Software will be an added advantage

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Proficient in SolidWorks: surface modeling, assemblies etc, CREO knowledge is an added advantage.
• Able to interpret 2D/3D drawings and bill of materials.
• Good communication and teamwork skills and able to handle with minimal supervision.

 Job Descriptions:

• Produce component drawing for fans, arrange for mock unit and liaise with production on fan fabrication before handover for production.
• Working in a team to design new fan series. It includes analysis, component drawing, BOM creation, Movex entries etc.
• Handle custom design, mainly axial (from the design phase until mass production).
• Design structure, jig and any component parts required to complete the task.
• Check/test product or prototype to comply with specifications and intended function.
• Produce GA drawings and 3D IFC drawings.
• As a GA drawing controller for fan products, by ensuring the dimensions and data are correct based on the Systemair standards

Site and Commissioning

• Perform/Support site and commissioning, SAT and PAT

Testing

• Support the FAT mainly in test preparation.

1. Perform machine set up, adjustment and tooling arrangement for CNC Grinding machines.
2. Read and interpret machining drawing, GD&T, tolerance requirements.
3. Select correct grinding wheel, speed, feed, fixture and clamping method.
4. Perform offset adjustment, dressing and balancing of grinding wheel.
5. Operate machine to produce parts according to quality / dimension target.
6. Conduct in-process measurement using micrometer, Vernier caliper, height gauge, profile projector, CMM (if required).
7. Ensure part quality meets drawing specification and customer requirement.
8. Maintain good housekeeping 5S around machine area.
9. Report any abnormality, machine breakdown or quality deviation to superior immediately.
10. Follow safety rules, PPE and company SOP at all times.
11. To carry out ISO9001, ISO 14001and IATF16949 activities.
12. Any others matters required by the management.
