Responsibilities：

Competent to handle the meat processing of pork carcasses

Process raw meat, deboning, chopping and slicing of pork, etc.

Able to work with no or little supervision.

Able to work in cold room temperature.

Ensure required workplace safety and hygiene standards are followed. Ensure deboned pork comply with food safety standards.

Requirements:

Relevant experience in meat processing is required.

Candidates are required to handle heavy pork carcasses and pork parts.

Physically fit.

The ability to foster teamwork as deboning is part of team.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle full set of accounts including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and bank reconciliations

• Prepare monthly financial reports, management accounts, and cash flow statements

• Assist in GST submission, corporate tax computation, and liaise with auditors, tax agents, and government authorities

• Maintain proper accounting records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents

• Process payroll, CPF contributions, staff claims, and administrative payments

• Support budgeting, expense tracking, and cost control activities

• Perform general administrative duties including filing, documentation, and office coordination

• Ensure compliance with Singapore accounting standards and company internal controls

• Provide support for ad-hoc finance and administrative tasks as assigned

Job Description:

• Load, transport, and deliver items safely and within designated timeframes.
• Conduct pickups and deliveries for assigned areas as per company requirements
• Prioritize and ensure timely delivery of urgent or high-priority goods
• Verify orders before and after delivery to confirm accuracy and customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the vehicle in proper working condition and report any issues promptly.
• Follow assigned routes and adhere to scheduled delivery times.
• Handling store activities, loading, unloading including housekeeping
• Maintain tidiness and care of warehouse equipment to support a safe working environment
• Professionally represent the company with a good attitude and politeness
• Other ad-hoc duties

Requirements:

• Possesses Class 3 Driving License
• Having a Forklift License will be an advantage
• At Least 5 year of driving experience
• Ability to handle manual loading/unloading of heavy materials using proper techniques safely
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team
• Responsible and safety-conscious work attitude

Working Hours:
Monday to Friday 730am - 8pm
Saturday 730am - 3pm

Perform accounting functions including accounts payable and receivable, prepare and send invoices and statements, manage purchase orders and records, and resolve billing queries to support accurate financial operations.

Job Description

• Perform accounts payable and accounts receivable functions to ensure accurate financial processing
• Prepare, check, and deliver invoices and statements of accounts to customers via mail, email, WhatsApp, and other channels
• Send payment reminders and follow up with customers to secure timely payments
• Process supplier purchase orders and invoices to maintain accurate records
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate system records, including general ledger entries, to support financial reporting
• Organize and maintain a proper filing system for all documentation and records
• Respond to and resolve customer billing queries to ensure customer satisfaction
• Complete any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Possess a certificate in accounting, LCCI bookkeeping, or an equivalent qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Able to work independently with strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
• Able to communicate effectively in English and Mandarin with clients
• Knowledge of Auto Count software is an advantage; training will be provided
• Ability to multitask effectively and collaborate well as a team player
