About the Role
Our client is building a pool of Learning & Development (L&D) and Research Assistants to support projects in digital learning, content development, and community engagement. This role offers hands-on exposure to public sector training, policy-related content, and digital platform management.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Learning & Content Development
- Develop e-learning materials and interactive online courses using tools such as Articulate Rise
- Support simple video editing for training content
- Contribute to content focused on policy issues and analytical tools
Content Curation & Platform Management
- Manage and maintain knowledge hubs and microsites via Microsoft SharePoint and Teams
- Convert research papers into engaging, bite-sized digital content
- Monitor engagement metrics and recommend improvements
EDM & Communications
- Curate and publish EDMs (electronic direct mail) to engage public service officers
- Drive participation in seminars, training programmes, and research content
- Track and analyse engagement rates and user behaviour
Programme & Event Support
- Assist in organising seminars, workshops, and training sessions
- Manage event logistics (venue booking, registration, materials preparation)
- Support virtual and hybrid events using platforms such as Microsoft Teams
- Liaise with speakers and facilitators, manage communications, and collect feedback
Requirements
- Background in Communications, Learning & Development, Public Policy, or related fields preferred
- Interest in digital learning, content creation, or research
- Strong writing, communication, and organisational skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Teams)
- Experience with e-learning tools (e.g. Articulate Rise) or basic video editing is an advantage
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks
