As Director of Sales & Marketing, you will shape and lead the commercial strategy for NH Collection Sydney, driving revenue growth, market share and brand prominence across all key segments. Partnering closely with the General Manager and regional commercial teams, you will play a critical role in positioning NH Collection as a leading luxury hotel in the Australian market.

Key Responsibilities: 

Reporting to the General Manager, you will hold end-to-end accountability for the hotel’s sales and marketing performance, balancing global brand alignment with agile, market-responsive execution.

You will lead the commercial agenda across corporate, leisure, MICE and group business, working in close partnership with Revenue Management, Brand, Marketing and Distribution teams.

• Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to drive revenue, RevPAR and market share.
• Lead the annual marketing plan to position the hotel and its outlets across all segments and channels.
• Drive proactive and reactive sales activity, managing pipelines, key accounts and new opportunities.
• Partner with Revenue Management on forecasting, pricing, distribution and RGI performance.
• Lead and motivate the on‑site sales team with clear goals and accountability.
• Manage and grow corporate, leisure and MICE accounts, including RFPs and contract negotiations.
• Build brand presence through local marketing, partnerships, PR and events.
• Oversee brand‑aligned content and assets in collaboration with Corporate Marketing.
• Represent the hotel at industry events and within the local market to build profile and reputation.
• Ensure compliance with brand standards, company policies and governance requirements.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform strategic decisions.

The Graduate Business Analyst role supports TAL’s claims transformation by translating complex operational workflows into clear, actionable requirements that guide technology delivery. It’s a hands‑on role suited to someone curious about claims, eager to build BA capability, and motivated by work that directly impacts how transformation is embedded across the business.

In This Role You Will:

• Document detailed claims workflows and create accurate process maps that highlight inefficiencies.
• Develop business requirements and user stories grounded in real consultant needs.
• Support workshops by capturing pain points, workflow challenges, and operational insights.
• Maintain requirements documentation, ensuring traceability and identifying conflicts between business needs and technical constraints.
• Participate in UAT to validate that solutions improve operational workflows and record issues from a business perspective.
• Work closely with Technical BAs to ensure smooth handoffs and complete, well‑structured requirements.

This business unit also looks after our market leading education platform, the TAL Risk Academy.
• Direct Sales & Marketing: joining this team could see you involved in digital and marketing initiatives across our three channels, working to support our Alliances partnerships or helping to uncover important insights and trends in our Business Management teams.
• Customer Service & Operations: in this rotation, you could find yourself contributing to enhancing the service and retention strategies for our customers and learn how we use data and insights to improve process design in the management of our in-force portfolios.

The Sales Operations Manager plays a key role within Colliers Residential, responsible for the day-to-day operational performance of the NSW business. The role also works alongside the National Residential team to coordinate national meetings and initiatives and is central to supporting a high performing, people focused residential team. This role is a 12-month maternity leave cover.

• Acting as the primary operational point of contact for the off the plan sales team to help drive sales and overall performance. This includes recruitment when required.
