Position Overview：

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.

What You’ll Be Driving

• Engage SME & corporate clients to understand business + people challenges
• Diagnose leadership, talent & capability gaps using structured frameworks
• Recommend solutions (leadership programmes, training, e-learning, engagement)
• Own full sales cycle: from first conversation → proposal → closing
• Build long-term client relationships (not just one-off sales)

Who We’re Looking For

• 2–5 years in B2B sales / consulting / HR / L&D
• Fresh graduates can apply if they have internship experiences in L&D with strong communication skills and has own car and a valid driving license
• Strong communication & presentation skills
• Able to connect business problems → people solutions
• Comfortable speaking to decision-makers (HR, founders, leaders)
• Hungry, driven, and outcome-focused
