Key Responsibilities
Assist QA Manager in overseeing departmental operations and quality system effectiveness.
Lead and support Corrective and Preventive Actions and Root Cause Analysis activities.
Investigate customer complaints and prepare detailed reports.
Drive Continuous improvement initiatives across processes and systems.
Manage suppliers' quality issues, including coordination with international suppliers.
Conduct audits and ensure compliance with QHSE ISO standards
Utilize quality tools such as FMEA, 8D, SPC and Six Sigma methodologies.
Support cross-site quality alignment, including travel to Batam facility.
Analyze quality data and recommend corrective actions.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Able to lead investigations and communicate findings effectively
